How come some women have really different pussy?

I mean I know the inside is all pink but the outside like skin area color varies. I mean does it truely vary based on race/ ethnicity. I seen brown, pink, brown and black mixed color and cream. I know everyone body is different. I guess I never really examined the vagina that much. I am one of those " i AM JUST GONNA STICK IT IN type guys. I don't need to really see the hole I can find my way there.
